Request a Prayer School Service or Conference at Your Church

Dear Pastors & Ministry Leaders,

We would be honored to join together with you and your church family as the Spirit leads! We’re passionate about the local church, and our heart would be to help lift up your hands in refreshing your body of believers in God’s love and faithfulness. Our Prayer School team is committed at home to our own local church, where we love our pastors and support them as a branch of the local church. We believe it is super important for the body of Christ to be PLANTED in the local church the Holy Spirit has led them to so that they can grow and flourish as Psalm 92:13 teaches us. The online Prayer School Community teachings and materials and guest services outside the walls of our local church are simply to help strengthen and encourage the body of Christ as a whole, and to spread the good news of God’s grace and His continued love and faithfulness to His people. The Holy Spirit refreshes us in His presence every time we gather together, and He has really strengthened us together as a community of people through the anointed ministry of God’s Word and the outpouring of His Holy Spirit.  God is a good God, and we continue to see His love and faithfulness revealed in our lives through signs and wonders that confirm His word and through personal testimonies. Father God has so much stored up for us in His heavenly storehouse (Deut 28:12) that is already ours in Christ (2 Cor 1:20), and He desires for us to RECEIVE Him and all He has stored up for us cotinually. The rhema word we have received for the class is John 17:17 that came with a directive to put our reliance on the Word Himself to do the work as we teach and preach…John 17:17 says: “Sanctify them by your truth. Your word is truth.” This was one of the final things Jesus prayed to The Father before choosing to die on the cross on our behalf and we continue to put our faith in the finished work of Christ, The Word, to sanctify God’s people through the ministry of the Holy Spirit and The Word working together as one.

Here is a break down of what The Lord gave us to cling to in ministry pertaining to John 17:17 “Sanctify them by your truth. Your word is truth.”

The Lord spoke into my heart – a lie conceals, but the truth reveals!

In looking at the verse in the Greek, sanctify means: “to make holy” and has reference to “ceremonially.”  I had the thought of the church being prepared as the bride for Christ.  Other word associations with sanctify from the original Greek word used are: purify, consecrate – specifically denoting mentally – to venerate (to regard or treat with reverence and honor, to desire)

The word used for “truth” is defined as “not concealing.” Scripture of course says – the Word is the truth, Jesus is the truth and we know He is the light as well which exposes all things that the darkness tries to conceal.

Simply put, God is speaking to our hearts and saying pray my word! My Word is truth! My Word is what sanctifies you! My Word is what cleanses you and purifies you.  My Word reveals who I am and my desires for you.  The foundation of this whole class is on THE WORD OF GOD – this is where our faith rests – in what Jesus has already (in past tense) accomplished for us on the cross through the Father’s love for us!

There are 3 specific things that the Lord spoke to my heart for us in this class to receive from this one verse.  3 things to see fulfilled in us through what Jesus has done on our behalf.

Jesus says in verse 19: John 17:19 “I sanctify myself that they too may be truly sanctified.

*He sanctified himself for US, so we need to receive what he has done and the effects of what he has done!

  1. We are set free from concealments – lies – all things blinding and deafening us to

the truth (the Word) and to knowing God intimately. Through Jesus (the Word) sanctifying us, we are set free from anything that has kept us from knowing the truth about who God really is, his unconditional love for us and who we are in Christ (whether religion, man, the enemy, likes of the enemy, negative things people have spoken over us, etc.)

  1. We will receive the truth (THE WORD) in our heart and soul, mind and body and

KNOW who God is in His glory and who Christ is, and who we are in Christ.  All that is now ours through Christ will be revealed to us and received in our hearts and minds and souls and bodies, causing those things to be made manifest in our lives, in our families, in the Living Word Bible Church and in the greater church body.

  1. We as a church and a people are being prepared for our groom, Jesus, as His bride.  We are sanctified, purified, glorified as He is glorified in us and we are glorified in Him by recognizing who we are and completing the work he has given us to do through His grace and revelation of truth!

John 17:19 Jesus speaking says: “I sanctify myself that they too may be truly sanctified.

20 “My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, 21 that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me. 22 I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one— 23 I in them and you in me—so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me. 24 “Father, I want those you have given me to be with me where I am, and to see my glory, the glory you have given me because you loved me before the creation of the world. 25 “Righteous Father, though the world does not know you, I know you, and they know that you have sent me. 26 I have made you[e] known to them, and will continue to make you known in order that the love you have for me may be in them and that I myself may be in them.”

Prayer School teachings & services are helping the body of Christ to receive all God has already supplied to us through the finished work of Jesus on the cross (Jesus is the Word made flesh!) The promises are already ours in Christ, but WE have to be the ones to say yes and Amen to them (so be it!) 2 Cor 1:20 says: For no matter how many promises God has made, they are “Yes” in Christ. And so through him the “Amen” is spoken by us to the glory of God.

The heart behind Prayer School is to bring God’s people (new believers, old believers and all believers in between) into a clear understanding about how to pray as the bible teaches us to pray, and how to receive through prayer. The lives of many Christians today don’t look like the Word of God says they should look — We have this whole book of promises that God has declared are ours, and yet, they can go unrevealed in our lives if we don’t learn how to receive.  As Christians, it’s time for us to become better receivers, and not only so that our own lives reflect the “life and life more abundantly” Jesus died for us to receive, but also so that the whole earth is a better reflection of God’s goodness.

The world needs our prayers! We’ve been given power through Christ to change things! God has already done His part in sending His son on the cross – He did a complete, finished work on our behalf.  He has declared everything He says in His word is already ours through his son, Jesus. If we need healing, it’s ours! If we need peace, it’s ours! If we need joy, it’s ours! If we need a miracle, it’s ours! If we need favor, it’s ours! If we need wealth, it’s ours!  We don’t have to try and earn a single thing from God; in fact, we can’tearn anything from God. All of His promises come to us by faith – faith in the finished work of Jesus on the cross on our behalf and in knowing because of Him (not because of how good WE are), we receive every promise freely through God’s love and grace.  Jesus paid the price in full!

John 10:10 says Jesus came to give us life and life more abundantly, life and life to the full!  Health, joy, peace, wealth, favor, redeemed time…God has given us abundant provision for every good thing we could possibly ever have need or want on this earth. He’s done His part.  Now, it’s up to us to do our part in receiving – through the ministry of His Word & Spirit at work in our heart.

Prayer School is all about getting rid of religious lies and junk that gets in the way and hinders us from receiving the manifestation of God’s Word in our lives.

Prayer is all about intimacy with God…it’s about having deep, close fellowship with your creator and learning how to receive God’s thoughts, God’s images, and God’s emotions in your everyday life.  When we let go of our own thoughts, our own ideas, and our own agendas, we make room in our hearts to receive God’s supernatural grace and power working in our hearts through prayer.
